Acceptance of Cancellation Policy
By placing an order on our website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Order Cancellation Policy. Acceptance of this policy is mandatory at checkout.
Order Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before shipment, whichever occurs first.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
This policy exists because our products are prepared and allocated immediately after an order is placed.
How to Request an Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests sent via social media or third-party platforms will not be accepted.
Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
The following orders are not eligible for cancellation:
- Orders that have already been shipped

- Orders not collected or claimed by the customer
- Orders delayed due to customs or courier services
Refused or Unclaimed Orders
- Orders refused at delivery are considered customer-initiated cancellations after shipment.
- Such orders are not eligible for refunds.
- Any return shipping or handling fees may be deducted if applicable.
Digital Proof of Shipment
Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered in progress and non-cancellable.
Tracking information serves as valid proof in the event of disputes or chargebacks.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes Related to Cancellations
Customers agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for orders that:
- Were placed voluntarily
- Were not cancelled within the allowed cancellation window
- Were already shipped or delivered
Any cancellation-related chargeback will be challenged using:
- Order confirmation records
- Shipping and tracking data
- Customer acceptance of this policy
Processing Fees
In cases where cancellation is approved before shipment:
- Payment processing or administrative fees may be deducted where permitted by law
Delays Beyond Merchant Control
Orders cannot be cancelled due to delays caused by:
- Customs inspections
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Force majeure events
Such delays do not qualify for order cancellation or chargebacks.
Policy Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests or future orders from customers who:
- Repeatedly place and cancel orders
- File excessive disputes or chargebacks
