Acceptance of Shipping Policy
By placing an order on our website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy. Acceptance of this policy is mandatory at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping & Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed:
- USA / UK / EU: 7–12 business days
- International Orders: 10–18 business days
Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspections, courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Information
- All orders are shipped with a valid tracking number.
- Tracking details are sent to the customer via email once the order has been dispatched.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking number.
Delivery Confirmation
Once the shipping carrier marks an order as “Delivered”, the order is considered successfully fulfilled and completed.
Carrier delivery confirmation and tracking status are treated as valid proof of delivery in the event of payment disputes with Stripe or PayPal.
Item Not Received (INR) Claims
- Claims for non-receipt must be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
- Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for investigation.
- We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery confirmation.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
- Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
- Address changes are only allowed before an order has been shipped.
Courier Delays & Customs
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
High-Value Orders & Signature Confirmation
- Orders with a value above $500 USD may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
- Signature confirmation is used as additional proof of delivery for dispute protection.
Partial Deliveries or Missing Items
If a package is received with missing items:
- The customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear photos of the package and contents may be required
Claims submitted after this period may be declined.
Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
- Orders refused or not collected by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
- Additional shipping or return fees may apply.
Disputes & Chargebacks
Customers agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team.
Any shipping-related dispute will be challenged using:
- Delivery confirmation
- Tracking history
- Customer acceptance of this Shipping Policy
