RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Policy Acceptance
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Exchange Policy. Acceptance of this policy is mandatory at checkout.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- The item must not show signs of wear, odor, scratches, or damage
Any return that does not meet the above conditions will be rejected.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Custom-made or made-to-order jackets
- Size-customized products
- Clearance, sale, or discounted items
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items returned after the allowed return window
These conditions are final and enforceable.
Exchange Policy
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are allowed only for size issues, subject to stock availability, and only when:
- The exchange request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused and in original condition
- The customer has reviewed the size chart before ordering
Exchange Restrictions
- Exchanges for color, style preference, or change of mind are not allowed
- Customers are responsible for all return and reshipping costs for exchanges
Return Authorization (Mandatory)
All returns or exchanges require prior approval from our support team.
- Customers must contact us before sending any item back
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned item
- Inspection may take 3–5 business days after receipt
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only
Non-Refundable Charges
The following costs are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Original shipping fees
- Return shipping fees
- Customs duties, taxes, or import charges
- Handling or restocking fees (if applicable)
Items Not As Described
Leather is a natural material and may have minor variations in texture, grain, or shade. Such variations are not considered defects or misrepresentation.
Additionally:
- Color differences caused by screen resolution or lighting are not grounds for return
- Failure to review size charts does not qualify for a return or exchange
Items Not Received
- Orders marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier are considered successfully fulfilled
- Claims for non-receipt must be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation
- We are not responsible for theft, loss, or delays after delivery confirmation
Dispute & Chargeback
Customers agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team. Any dispute filed without following this Return & Exchange Policy may result in the claim being challenged with full supporting evidence.
